The Buying Process

   Purchasing on Rhodes can be complicated, that’s why at A&Ω we dedicate a member of our experienced and friendly sales team to help, guide and be there for you during every step of the buying process.

· Choose your plot, house, villa, apartment etch.

· Secure your plot with a non-refundable 2500 € deposit.

· Decide on how to finance?

· Your dedicated member of the A&Ω will take you to the following associates:

1. Solicitor

2. Visit Police Station for you to complete an application for a Residency Permit (Blue Card) – 5 passport size photographs are needed

3. Visit Tax Office to obtain a Greek Tax Number

4. Appointment is made with a Notary of the Public (Solicitor Present). This appointment is to give Power to your Attorney to act on your behalf.
